Terms of service
By signing up for and using Sys Agent, you agree to the following terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and two-step codes safe, and for activity in the workspaces you manage. Use an email address you read, because alerts and important notices are sent there.
Fair use
Install the agent and create monitors only for servers and addresses you manage or have permission to check. Do not use Sys Agent to attack, scan or overload other people's systems. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Free plan
The free plan limits the number of servers, monitors, status pages, channels and members as listed on the home page. These limits may change. If they do, the change is announced on the home page.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but Sys Agent is provided as is, without a specific uptime guarantee. Do not make Sys Agent the only tool watching a critical system.
Your data
Data sent by your agents and monitors remains yours. How we store and delete it is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date below shows when they last changed.
